1. Does Tile & Designs offer Design Services?

2. Does Tile & Designs carry any product in stock?

Tile & Designs orders product directly from the manufacturer on an individual basis. To ensure they quality of the product, as well as keeping with current trends, this ordering process allows us to have  more product selection in the showrooms.

3. What is the typical lead time in order to receive my order?

Due to the high volume of manufacturers that we deal with Tile & Designs does not quote lead times on products. We can however call the manufacturer once material has been selected and find out if the product is in stock or has to be made. From there we can determine an accurate lead time. Average orders can range from 2 days up to 8 weeks.

4. Does Tile & Designs have installers on staff?

No. Tile & Designs staffs no installers. However we would be happy to assist you in finding one. We would be glad to pass your information along to one of the many installers that we have on file to help you with these needs.

5. Should I make an appointment?

It is not necessary to make an appointment to visit the showroom. However, if you do make an appointment a designer can set aside the time to spend with you personally.

6. Is Tile & Designs expensive?

Tile & Designs strives to have a diverse selection of tile from around the world. At Tile & Designs you will find a range of products from just above market value to stunningly detailed handmade mosaics.

Yes! Our experienced designers can help with color and style to customize a look that’s right for the client. They also can lay out a drawing to show pattern before a purchase is made. All of our designers provide these services for free.
